Kadmad Shop is currently shipping all over India. At Kadmad Shop we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. You can reach us at contact@kadmadshop.com or customer support helpline: +91-9820840481 between Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm in case of any queries. We strive to answer & fix all queries within 48 hours (working hours).

Shipping duration: All products are shipped out between 2 - 10 working days depending on the product category. (Please note: Working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.) In situations beyond Kadmad Shop control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Kadmad Shop will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe. 

Refunds or exchange will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Kadmad Shop team might request you to share an image of your product/ s. For your order to qualify as a refund or exchange. You must raise a return request by emailing us on contact@kadmadshop.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with. Product must be in condition. Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our address and has been checked for quality.

Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product need to be dispatched by you at Kadmad Shop address. They should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. The whole order amount will not be refunded if the order is cancelled by you post dispatched from Kadmad Shop. Kadmad Shop reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. Kadmad Shop will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Customized Products:

For customised design products amount need to be paid 100% before customisation starts. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made when the order has not gone into printing, and company share refund 50%. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been ready for dispatch or have been dispatched.
